Privacy Policy

This site collects very little: an email address so we can give you access, and a random identifier so we can tell that your purchase was yours. This page says exactly what happens to both.

01 Who we are

This site is operated by Automation First, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. For anything in this policy, including requests to see or delete your data, email youri@higgsbonuspackage.com.

We are independent. We are not Higgsfield, and this site is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by Higgsfield.

02 What we collect

We never see your payment details. You pay Higgsfield on higgsfield.ai and you pay us nothing. There is no checkout on this site, so we never receive a card number and could not charge you if we wanted to.

03 Cookies

One first-party cookie, hbp_claim, set when you click through to Higgsfield. It holds the random claim ID described above, lasts 60 days, and does nothing else. It is strictly necessary to deliver what the page offers. Without it we cannot connect your purchase to your claim.

Higgsfield's own affiliate provider (FirstPromoter) sets a separate cookie on higgsfield.ai when you arrive there, lasting 120 days. That cookie is theirs, not ours, and is governed by Higgsfield's privacy policy.

If we run analytics, it is configured without cross-site tracking and without selling data to anyone.

04 Who else touches your data

Only the services needed to actually run this:

Vercel, hosting for this site and the tools
Resend, sends your sign-in codes and confirmations
Skool, hosts the private group you are invited to
FirstPromoter, Higgsfield's affiliate system, which tells us a referral converted
Anthropic, the language model behind prompt generation, which receives the text you type into the tools

We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We will disclose it if a valid legal order requires it.

05 How long we keep it

Claim submissions: 24 months, so we can resolve disputes about who bought what
Your account and entitlement: for as long as you have access, plus 12 months
Generation history: until you delete it, or your account is closed
The claim cookie: 60 days, or until you clear it

Ask us to delete your account and we will, along with everything attached to it, within 30 days.

06 Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email youri@higgsbonuspackage.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Our lawful bases are contract (giving you the access you claimed), legitimate interests (fraud checks, running the service) and consent (analytics, marketing email), which you can withdraw at any time.

07 Email

Claiming access means we email you about your access: your sign-in link, your group invite, and anything that affects whether the tools keep working. Those are service messages and you cannot opt out of them while you have an account.

Anything else, meaning new tools, tips and offers, is separate, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link that actually works.

08 Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will email you before it takes effect rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
