01 Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and Automation First, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). Using this site or the tools means you accept them.

We are not Higgsfield. We are an independent affiliate. This site is not operated by Higgsfield, and your Higgsfield plan is a separate contract between you and Higgsfield, on their terms.

Two different companies are involved and it matters which one you need, so here is the split in full:

We accept no responsibility, and give no warranty of any kind, for anything on the Higgsfield side of that table. We do not control their pricing, features, availability, moderation decisions or support, we cannot issue refunds on their behalf, and we are not liable for any loss arising from them. Every one of those goes to Higgsfield directly.

02 The bonus offer

If you start a paid Higgsfield plan through a link on this page, and that referral is recorded against our affiliate account, we give you access to the tools listed on the offer page and to the private group at no charge.

Conditions that actually matter:

• The referral has to register. Ad blockers, private browsing, or a detour through someone else's affiliate link can prevent that. If it does not register, we cannot verify the purchase and the free offer does not apply.
• Existing paid Higgsfield subscribers usually cannot be re-attributed. If that is you, contact us before you change anything and we will tell you whether your account can be made to count.
• Access is tied to your plan. If you cancel Higgsfield, or the purchase is refunded or charged back, your free access ends with it.
• One claim per Higgsfield account. Access is personal to you and not transferable.

We aim to grant access within 24 hours of a verified claim. That is a target, not a guarantee.

03 Prices and what "free" means

The package is not for sale. There is no way to buy it from us, at $497 or at any other figure, and nothing on this site takes a payment. The only way to get it is to start a paid Higgsfield plan through our link, and Higgsfield charges you their normal price for that.

The $497 on the offer page is our own valuation of the package. It is not a price you can pay and not a price it has been sold at. It is what we estimate the parts are worth bought separately: Prompt Vault $97, Prompt Generator $147, Sheet Maker $97, AI Filmmaker $97, private group $59. Your view of what it is worth may reasonably differ from ours.

Your Higgsfield plan is charged separately by Higgsfield, at their normal price. Coming through this page does not change what you pay them. We disclose that we earn a commission on the offer page and in our privacy policy.

04 Using the tools

Reasonable rules, and we enforce them:

• Do not share your sign-in, resell access, or redistribute the vault contents as your own product
• Do not use the tools to produce material that is illegal, or that depicts real people without their consent
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service
• Rate limits and spend caps apply, and we may adjust them

Output you generate is yours to use. Whatever the tools produce is also subject to the terms of whichever video model actually generated it.

We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach.

05 The service will change

The package grows, that is the point of it. Tools get added, and occasionally one gets retired or replaced. Underlying video models are third-party products that change or shut down without consulting us, as Sora is doing. We do not guarantee any specific tool, model or feature will remain available.

We will give reasonable notice before removing something you are actively relying on.

06 No guarantee of results

Everything on the offer page describing time saved or output quality reflects our own workflow. It is not a promise about yours. We make no guarantee about income, audience growth or creative outcome, and nothing on this site is financial or professional advice.

The tools are provided "as is" and are a free bonus. To the fullest extent the law allows we exclude all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, lost credits, or wasted spend on any video model.

Our total liability to you is capped at whatever you have actually paid us in the previous 12 months. You pay us nothing, so that cap is zero. Anything relating to the Higgsfield platform is excluded entirely under section 01 and is a matter for Higgsfield.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those exceptions exist by law and no wording on this page can remove them.

07 Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to the courts of Sharjah. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections available where you live.
